The following are the specific playing conditions for the 2009-10 HKCA Under 15 League.
U15 League Playing Conditions
1. 11-a-side, with substitutes allowed in case of injury, substitutes cannot bat or bowl.
2. 30 overs per innings. 156gm four piece leather cricket ball will be used in all league matches.
3. Batsman to retire when reaches to 100 runs; he should be able to bat again if the entire team is out.
4. It is compulsory that teams are accompanied by adults or team coach throughout the match.
5. All cricket gears & Helmets are compulsory to wear
6. Maximum 6 overs per bowler.
7. Teams will normally bowl from both ends. In exceptional circumstances, umpires may decide teams to bowl from one end only.
8. 1 run will be added to the total of batting side in case of wide plus runs scored of byes the ball will have to be bowled again.
9. In case of a “No-ball” 1 runs shall be added to the total plus runs scored of the bat.the ball will have to be bowled again
10. Team must bring their own equipment including helmets.
11. Players must register with HKCA as Junior Members.
12. At no stage during the match should spectators, including team coach or accompanying adults, enter the field of play, unless he/she is serving as an umpire.
13. In the interests of player development, the HKCA encourages team coach, team representatives or accompanying adults to direct their advice to teams during intervals only.
